PROSCI Advanced Immersion Training

Tender description

The requirement is to set up a contract to book training courses on PROSCI Scorecard with a company called CMC Partnership. We have robust reasons for using CMC Partnership Ltd to provide the training: • CMC are the sole licence holder for PROSCI. CSL cannot provide this training See https://www.prosci.com/about/global-partners • PROSCI methodology is the one that DfT and its partners are using to manage major technology change and building its change management capability • CMC have partnered with DfT to provide training for staff to create a pool of trained practitioners. The Digital Change and Adoption team and the Digital Service Board and senior staff are already PROSCI certified. • A Change Network is being developed to ensure DfT obtains full value from the training previously carried out. • The PROSCI scorecard will be an integral part of Digital Service's Change Management and Adoption Strategy for 2020/21. Procurement advice is to establish a 1 year contract with 1 1 extension options to the value of £100k, with no obligation. We are only intending to commit to £14k expenditure at this stage.
