PIN to establish multi-party framework agreement for 4 lots for technical and advisory services to SEAI and organisations undertaking an Energy Efficient Design project / investment

Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to establish a multi-party framework agreement of 4 lots for technical support & advisory services to SEAI & organisations undertaking an Energy Efficient Design project / investment. SEAI intends to publish this tender within the next 12 months. Please note this is not a competition and we are not seeking tenders at this stage. Lot 1: Energy Efficient Design Trainers will support SEAI in the development and delivery of training on the topic of Energy Efficient Design to the relevant industry stakeholders. Lot 2 - Technical Project Assessors will evaluate EXEED stage 2 project grant applications, complete desktop audits and undertake site visits culminating with a technical assessment report submission to SEAI. NOTE: This lot may not proceed. Lot 3 – Energy Efficient Design Mentors will engage, mentor, and provide specialist advice to organizations about undertaking an Energy Efficient Design project investment. Lot 4 – EED Special Working Group Leaders will support the development & facilitation of special working groups (SWGs) focusing on innovation, overcoming barriers and development of new best practice in the area of energy efficient design. SWGs will target specific sectors / technologies facilitating knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement and best practice guidance development. The estimated value of all 4 lots is approximately €1,750,000 excluding VAT over the entire contract term (maximum of three years). The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change..
