NEPO 211 — Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Works Framework

Tender description

The lotting structure for this framework is based on contract value and the works cover a variety of works, including, but not limited to: Public realm works • construction of hard landscaping, • installation of street furniture and/or artwork/features, • installation and/or maintenance of soft landscaping. Highways construction works • construction of new highways, • amendments to existing highways/junctions. Highways structure works • construction of new highway structures, • removal/demolition of existing highway structures, • repairs and maintenance of existing highway structures (e.g. concrete repairs, steelwork repairs, painting, parapet replacement, etc). Drainage works • construction of new surface water/highway drainage systems, • repairs to existing surface water/highway drainage systems, • construction of flood alleviation structures and systems (e.g. SUDS, storage tanks), • repairs to existing flood alleviation structures. Marine/coastal/river works • construction of new sea defences (including rock armour), • repairs to existing sea defences (including rock armour), • construction of new river walls, • repairs to existing river walls, • construction of pontoons, • berthing/mooring facilities.
