MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT AND VISITOR GIVING CAMPAIGN

Brief Project Description and Purpose The purpose of this project is to increase the number of memberships sold and donations given when public visit the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. The aim is to increase new membership by 50%+, and visitor giving by 130%+ over the initial12 month period. RBGE wishes to appoint a Contractor for an initial period of 12 months, starting in spring 2021, to undertake membership recruitment of visitors and to secure donations via contactless donation terminals to the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. The total length of the contract will be 36 months. The initial period of 12 month and 2 x 12-month extensions subject to acceptable performance by the supplier. The Development and Membership team will look to work in partnership with the Contractor to refine and implement an optimal solution to maximise visitor membership recruitment and visitor giving.
