Tender description

NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply to the NHS Supply Chain customer base for Managed Services (inclusive of on and offsite, mobile and modular solutions). Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be CIRCA £310,000,000 in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. An estimated value of the Framework Agreement in its entirety (over a 2+2+2 year term) will be CIRCA £1,860,000,000. Lot 1: Managed Services Un-staffed Solution and Associated Services This procurement will be for the provision of an Unstaffed Managed Equipment Service or Unstaffed Managed Service for medical equipment within a NHS Hospital, NHS Community and/or Social Care Environment. Additional information: Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of £150,000,000 in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. Lot 2: Managed Services Staffed Solution and Associated Services This procurement will be for the provision of Staffed Managed Equipment Services or Staffed Managed Clinical Solutions within NHS Hospital, NHS Community and/or Social Care Environments. Additional information: Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of £150,000,000 in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. Lot 3: Managed Services Consultancy and Associated Services This procurement will be for the provision of a Managed Services Consultancy within a NHS Hospital, NHS Community and/or Social Care Environment. Additional information: Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of £10,000,000 in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement.
