Joint Household Waste Recycling Centre Contract - Conwy County Borough Council & Denbighshire County Council

Conwy County Borough Council and Denbighshire County Council wish to jointly contract a concession contract to service Household waste Recycling Centres within the counties (there are 2 HRCS in CCBC and 3 HRCs in DCC). The successful contractor will be able to charge visitors to the sites for DIY / Construction waste and retain the income. https://www.conwy.gov.uk/en/Resident/Recycling-and-Waste/Recycling-banks-and-household-recycling-centres/What-items-must-I-pay-to-dispose-of-at-Household-Recycling-Centres1.aspx . The provision and operation of one reuse shop within each of the counties will also be essential.
