ITT for Architectural services (including buying in of additional services) for Fire Safety Emergency Works Project - Loreto College, Cavan, including all works to provide a four storey stairs and lift core building In addition, this project appointment includes for the Architect (and their other disciplines) to compile a report (to include full costings) on the required Fire Safety Emergency Works to the existing building and to request the appropriate funding from the DoES. It should be noted that various reports have been carried out already on the existing building (included within the documentation), however, these will all need to be compiled, enhanced, added to, etc., as necessary and presented to the DoES at Stage 1 for additional funding.
