East Sussex County Council has a variety of different properties that have kitchen facilities. The majority of properties are schools, but this also extends to adult social care and corporate sites. East Sussex County Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to attend these properties and complete annual servicing on the equipment and carry out ad hoc repairs to keep the equipment in good working condition.The repair and cyclical maintenance of catering equipment is key to ensuring that the Councils catering equipment such as cooking, refrigeration and ventilation systems are maintained to a good standard, in line with warranties, compliant with Health and Safety and the natural life of the equipment is maximised.
