Tender description
The Council has an ongoing requirement for Bill Payment Services to allow customers to make payments to the council at both Paypoint and Post Office locations Locality based services that will enable customers to make payments to the council for services received including council tax, non-domestic rates, sundry debt and other associated bills. Customers will be able to make payments in person by cash, cheque, debit card, credit card and BACS. The successful supplier will receive, manage and remit these payments to the councils nominated bank account on a daily basis.
