Tender description
There is currently a North West Flexible Purchasing System for NMISS. Sarah Sinclair wrote the business case and cabinet report for Liverpool’s approval to join and submitted it to senior managers on 08.10.20 in preparation for the FPS going live on 1.3.21. The sign off for this has not progressed for the last 6 months so there is now no contract number for any NMISS placements. This means that the financial processes to pay the school’s invoices cannot be initiated without an exemption for each provider - this is the decision by Procurement . The exemption is for 5 children at Pontville School placed between 20216 and 2020.
