Tender description

Service Failure: The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System for non-maintained and independent special schools (NMISS) led by Cheshire East went live on 1.3.21. The business case and cabinet report for Liverpool’s approval to join was submitted on 08.10.20. The sign off for this has not progressed so there is now no contract number for any NMISS placements and invoices cannot be processed. Procurement has advised that an exemption must be submitted for each provider for a 6 month period to provide a timescales for the approval process to take place. SEND commissioned 11 placements at Olsen House School. The placements were commissioned in academic years 2018-19, 19-20 and 20-21.
