Tender description

Service Failure: The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System for non-maintained and independent special schools (NMISS) led by Cheshire East went live on 1.3.21. The business case and cabinet report for Liverpool’s approval to join was submitted on 08.10.20. The sign off for this has not progressed so there is now no contract number for any NMISS placements and invoices cannot be processed. Procurement has advised that an exemption must be submitted for each provider. TPA has not signed up to the FPS. SEND commissioned 14 placements at TPA. The placements were commissioned in academic years 2018-19 to 2020-21.
