Tender description

Works include the services of a full design Team including the role of PSDP to oversee and deliver a two classroom ASD unit and all associated auxiliary accommodation and external works. Please note the school is located within a heritage area of Nenagh town so major emphasis will be on designing a structure that will be reflect the location and meet the requirements of the local authority. Also note the site is restricted in size so major emphasis will be on maintaining existing playground space and delivering the proposed project with an additional 6 car parking spaces.
