Tender description

RBWM is seeking a contractor to provide a mixing valve & water quality inspection, testing and comprehensive maintenance including a remedial repairs service to RBWM premises, including schools. The visits will ensure that the RBWM maintenance and repair work required on its mixing valve and water systems and that there are processes in place to deal with the control of Legionella. The service is essential for RBWM to ensure compliance is meet under the requirements of the water testing and Legionella regulations. The performance of the appointed contractor will be monitored and measured against the KPIs and reviewed jointly during monthly meetings. These meeting should be used by both parties as the useful platform for discussing issues, improvements, new developments and building good working relationships. The contractor will be expected to provide the KPI report prior to the monthly meeting. The notice was published in the Find the Tender. All PQQ submissions must be submitted on The Public Sector Procurement Portal and in line with the instructions provided on the portal. PQQ submissions submitted in any form other than instructed; including hard copies will not be accepted.
