Consultancy – Test & Learn (Adult Learning Service)

Tender description

<p>Liverpool City Council&rsquo;s Adult Learning Service delivers adult and community learning to over 6,000 learners per year. The Service contracts with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) to deliver its adult learning offer via the Adult Education Budget (AEB). The learning offer includes, English, maths, ESOL, a small number of vocational skills-based qualifications and a community learning (non-accredited) offer. The Service has secured funding to deliver a &lsquo;Test and Learn&rsquo; Pilot Project. As part of the this the Service is seeking an organisation that will: &bull; Develop and manage a project to test and evaluate the use of newly developed Liverpool City Region, and wider careers content / information to enhance subject learning &bull; Develop the skills of maths and English/ESOL/ vocational tutors to link and embed curriculum learning with careers and future jobs as appropriate &bull; Through this work enhance progression of maths and English/ESOL/vocational learners into employment or further learning &bull; Evaluate the changes in learner knowledge, confidence, attitude and aspiration to progress into various careers &bull; Develop and supply resources and teaching strategies to roll out to staff/providers</p> Keywords: consultancy, learning
