Construction of Youth Club Building to Approved Plans

Tender description

The contract was not awarded to a supplier due to the quotes being in excess of the funding available and/or not complying with specification. Construction of a Youth Club building adjacent to the existing Cricket Pavilion on King George Vth playing field, Weaveland Road, Tisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 6HJ. The construction must include all works required for completion of a functioning building to the Wiltshire Council approved plans 17/08161/FUL; including ground works, new connections to water & sewerage systems and electricity provision, together with fittings to kitchen and cloakroom/toilet areas. The approved plans can be viewed via the link in the documents section. A site visit is strongly recommended.
