Tender description

Architect, Principal Designer, Landscape Architect, Structural Engineer and a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to secure planning consent for a high quality B1, B2 & B8 workspace scheme. It is expected that for the purposes of this particular appointment the architect will take the lead role in co-ordinating, sub-contracting and paying for the services of all the disciplines identified above. These services are required to provide professional advice, information, reports/specifications, schedules, calculations, plans and drawings for a high quality and sustainable commercial development which PCC will own. The appointment will be on the basis of progressing the project through to detailed planning consent and providing PCC with all the relevant information to enable the project team to tender the opportunity to Main Contractors (End of RIBA Stage 3) on a design and build basis.
