Tender description

SPS utilises a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Agility, in order to support maintenance services across its sites. Lot 1: A Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) was installed in 2011 (Agility). It remains a critical software package used on a daily basis by SPS to support building maintenance services and asset management. The scope of this Contract is to provide annual licensing and support for two products, Agility Core and Agility Mobile. The ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights of the software is held by SSG Insight(EMEA) Ltd. SPS intends to award a 3 year contract (with a potential 2 year extension period) to SSG Insight (EMEA) Ltd for these services.
