Design Competition to appoint an architectural practice to create a new sustainable community for Dalintober in Campbeltown, with approximately 20 new homes. This procurement process will be conducted via a 2 staged, competitive procedure with negotiation. This PIN Notice provides an Open opportunity for Architectural practices to register their interest to participate in the application process for inclusion in Lot number 10 of the Associations Professional Services DPS. By expressing your interest you will provided the opportunity to participate in Stage One of the Design Competition by completing the Professional Services application and SPD, which will be sent to you separately on expiry of this Notice. All practices who meet the minimum PS DPS criteria will by added to Lot 10 and be invited to participate in Stage 2.
