Tender description

TRG (inclusive of General Needs, Care & Support, Riverside Home Ownership (RHO) and formerly Impact Housing Association), and Irvine Housing Association provides outsourced Grounds Maintenance Services to a number of its customers across the group. The scope of services at high-level include, but are not limited to Grass cutting, Hedge & shrub pruning, and Weed control The geographic footprint of Grounds Maintenance Services across the group is on a National basis, excluding works currently delivered or due to be delivered by the in-house teams. Due to the large geographic footprint of Grounds Maintenance Services across the group, the Lot structure is divided into regional based locations. Lot 1: Liverpool & Merseyside TRG (inclusive of General Needs, Care & Support, Riverside Home Ownership (RHO) and formerly Impact Housing Association) provides outsourced Grounds Maintenance Services to a number of its customers across the group. The scope of services at high-level include, but are not limited to: Grass cutting; Hedge & shrub pruning; and Weed control The scope of services for this tender does not include what TRG have deemed to be more specialist Grounds Maintenance services, such as invasive weeds (Japanese Knotweed), and tree work. Separate contracts have been or will be procured for the provision of treating invasive weeds, and tree work. The scope of services at high-level include, but are not limited to: Grass cutting; Hedge & shrub pruning; and Weed control The scope of services for this tender does not include what TRG have deemed to be more specialist Grounds Maintenance services, such as invasive weeds (Japanese Knotweed), and tree work.
