Three Void Properties Reconfiguration and Conversion Works

Tender description

The Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carryout the refurbishment of three void properties to provide new family dwellings. The works to be carried out will include (but not be limited to) reconfiguration and relocation of existing rooms to maximise occupancy; including bedrooms, living room, kitchen and toilet facilities. Replacement of floorboards, floor coverings and internal doors. Modification of heating and electrical systems in accordance with mechanical and electrical engineer’s specification and drawings and works to external envelope, ie, windows, roofs, doors, walls etc. The void properties are; • 8A Hansard Mews, W14 8BJ • 12A Hansard Mews, W14 8BJ • Flat C, 137 Holland Road, W14 8AS
