SEAI intends to appoint a framework panel of laboratory testing service providers to support its market surveillance activities

Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland’s (SEAI) Market Surveillance Programme. Please note that this is not a competition and we are not seeking tenders at this stage. SEAI intends to appoint a framework of laboratory testing service providers to support its market surveillance activities within the next 12 months. Laboratory testing services will be sought in relation to the EU Ecodesign Directive, the EU Energy Labelling Regulations and the EU Tyre Labelling Regulation. The RFT when published will be divided into Lots. The estimated value of the framework is €500,000 excl. VAT over the maximum term of 4 years SEAI intend to hold a market information meeting on 18th May 2021.
