<p>Expressions of Interest</p> <p>We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals to coordinate and support the work of the Legislation Advisory Panel for the Government of Jersey.</p> <p>The role is a flexible one, requiring up to 35 days work per annum.</p> <p>The Legislation Advisory Panel advises the Chief Minister on a range of legislative matters which do not fall under the remit of other ministerial offices, including court procedures, wills and succession, and property law. The Panel also has a working relationship with the Law Commission. You will support the complex work of the Panel from an organisational perspective, and help with the commissioning, and subject to experience, the undertaking of relevant workstreams.</p> <p>It is essential you have a background in the legal profession, or as a policy or related professional, and a good knowledge of the Jersey justice system would be highly desirable/essential.</p> Keywords: legal, lawyer
