Tender description
The construction of an extension to the exsiting building, consisting of: 3 no. 15m2 S.E.T Rooms and 1 no. Principal's Office. In addition the contract works will compirse the demolition of 2 no. dividing walls between 4 no. classrooms to create 2 no. larger classrooms, the provision of a new pedestrian entrance to the school from the public street, together with all ancillary works at St. Anne's Primary School, 15-16 Smiths Lane, Charleville, Co. Cork. Tenders are to be returned to the main reception in the school in hard copy on 5th May 2021 no later than 12:00 noon. Tenders will not be accepted after this time.
