SCTS require a contract for the provision of a secure and reliable collection, reconciliation and banking service to deal with cash (and to a lesser level) cheques. The Service Provider will be required to determine their own method of providing the service and take overall responsibility for the smooth running and daily organisation of the secure collection of cash (and cheques) from sites across Scotland.
