Pre Market Engagement - The SEAM Development - Professional Services (DMO)

<p>Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is looking to undertake some pre-market engagement with Providers in relation to The Seam, Barnsley&rsquo;s Digital Campus at the heart of the town Centre. The 4HA site (currently known as Courthouse Car park) has long been recognised as a significant land asset and a key development opportunity within the town Centre.</p> <p>The Council is looking to engage with potential providers of development management services including project management, cost consultancy and general multi disciplinary services associated with works projects to share details of the scheme and the seek insights into how this is best managed to inform potential procurement of these services.</p> <p>The Council is inviting Providers to a briefing session on the 29th of April (1pm) to discuss the project further.
