ITT for Provision of Ergonomic Support to Coillte CGA Open National Procedure 2 levels of support are required, as listed below. 1. Full service DSE assessment to be carried out by external provider – normally involving an online questionnaire issued to each employee followed by 10 minute call with provider and escalated where necessary. 2. Specialist DSE service where DSE assessments will be carried out in the first instance by Coillte staff. Coillte assessors/HR will identify if there is a requirement for a specialist DSE review to be carried out by a third party who hold expert/specialist knowledge of medical/ergonomic implications and who can advise on appropriate equipment. We would envisage no more than 20 of these in the initial move to hybrid working model and a handful per annum going forward.
