<p>Pen picture Package of care required for a 71 year old female living in Wolsingham, Bishop Auckland. This lady has been in a rehab bed following a fall in February. She has Parkinson&rsquo;s which effects her mobility and cognition at times. She can be variable with transfers and mobility. She lives in a bungalow and will have rota stand and molift with belt available for support with transfers. Currently two staff are required with all transfers. She is mobile with a wwf and two only a few steps.
