Tender description

TThe purchase of 51 vehicles currently sourced via rental agreements with a lease company. The vehicles are used for operational purposes by Transport for Wales Rail Ltd and distributed across the Wales and Borders Network. Lot 1: Purchase of a number of vehicles for the purpose of assisting the current train operator in providing rail passenger services. Direct award to incumbent provider for purchases where is it was possible to procure taking advantage of an advantageous opportunity available for a very short times at a price considerably lower than market prices
