The scope of works to the Tea Houses involves conservation and refurbishment works to two nearby, standalone structures known collectively as The Tea Houses: roof refurbisment and insulation, patch pointing to existing masonry, external rendering, fine joinery work, repair and reinstatement of decorative historic ceiling plaster, wall plaster repairs and reinstatement, installation of new WC and services, lighting, internal decorative works and finishes, external hard landscaping and associated external steps, railings and ramps.
