The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Chepstow School. Lot 1: The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Chepstow School. The contract will commence on 1st November 2021 for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further period of three years. This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision. We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE / FE marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within Wales and the South West of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within the School. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within Chepstow School on the contract performance. The approximate annual value of the contract is £105,659.52 Please find more details within the SQ Document.
