Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Works to Ulster University. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements as set out in the Employer’s Requirements (Document 2 of the ITT Documentation) and the Contract. Tenderers shall include within their Commercial Submission (Document 5 of the ITT Documentation) all sums required to provide the Works in accordance with the Contract. Refurbishment work of offices, meeting rooms and teaching rooms including demolitions, construction, finishes and M&E at the Belfast Campus, Buildings BA (level 02 & level 05) and BB ( level 05) as follows: • BA Level 05 Refurbishment work to include: demolition of stud walls, painting of walls and joinery, new floor finishes, alterations to and new ceilings, alterations to and installation of new Mechanical & Electrical Systems • BB Level 02 Refurbishment work to include: demolition of stud walls, painting of walls and joinery, new floor finishes, alterations to and new ceilings, alterations to and installation of new Mechanical & Electrical Systems • BA Level 02 Refurbishment work to include: demolition of stud walls, painting of walls and joinery, new floor finishes, alterations to and new ceilings, alterations to and installation of new Mechanical & Electrical Systems The works will be carried out in a live campus environment.
