Tender description

The framework will include the following products: alkaline, lithium and high-power batteries. Rechargeable batteries and charging stations. Lead, zinc and silver oxide batteries as well as compatible medical batteries. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 1 500 000 GBP to 2 000 000 GBP in the first year of this framework agreement, however this is an approximate value only and values may vary depending on the requirements of the bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. This framework agreement will run for 48 months. Lot 1: This lot includes general use batteries and torches including alkaline, high powered alkaline, lead acid, zinc, silver oxide, lithium, rechargeable batteries and chargers. It also includes compatible medical batteries. Additional information: Price is not the only award criteria and all criteria will only be stated in the procurement documents
