The council will be the registered provider of the play scheme service and will undertake all the planning and day to day delivery of the service the council are unable to undertake the ongoing recruitment required to make this service a reality. Therefore, a Provider is required to fulfil the recruitment and financial administrative tasks linked to the delivery of the school holiday play scheme service.
