Tender description
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has awarded multiple contracts for the supply of pharmaceutical products for a UK stockpile of end of life care medicines, intensive care unit (ICU) medicines and antibiotics. The Department of Health and Social Care are managing the procurement on behalf of Public Health England. Lot 1: The Department of Health and Social Care conducted an accelerated open procedure procurement exercise under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) to source additional pharmaceutical products for a UK stockpile of medicines in response to Covid-19. The stockpile covers additional ITU medicines, antibiotics, and end of life care medicines. The contract period is for 11 months.
