Supported Housing & Floating Support Services - Marker Warming Event

The London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) will be hosting a market warming event via Microsoft Teams on 5th May from 2:00-4:00pm. The market warming event will include information on several contracts that are being tendered across 2021 - 2022 to deliver: • Mental Health Supported Accommodation services • Young Persons Supported Accommodation services • Single Adult Supported Accommodation services • Floating Support service LBL is looking to engage with support providers and landlords that have experience of delivering accommodation based support services and floating support contracts, and who are experienced in supporting Local Authorities to meet the needs of vulnerable homeless cohorts with support needs. Tenders will be going live in July / August 2021. This event will set out key objectives for the Local Authority and give information on the service lots that will be tendered. The session will also be an opportunity to feedback on LBL commissioning intentions and to seek any clarification on the tenders.
