Supply fully automated Bottler machine suitable for bottling carbonated and still drinks. Must have the ability to fill still drinks including juices and mulled drinks and carbonated drinks including cider, juices, beer and soft drinks. Lot 1: 1) Supply fully automated Bottler machine suitable for bottling carbonated and still drinks. Must have the ability to fill still drinks including juices and mulled drinks and carbonated drinks including cider, juices, beer and soft drinks; 2) The bottling machine must be an integrated system to rinse, fill and cap the bottles. The quotation must include: 2.1 Conveyors • one Single way conveyor and one Single way curve 45 degrees conveyor; • conveyor side guides and conveyor chain. 2.2 Rotary tables (in-feed/out-feed) • 800 mm Rotary in-feed table per round bottles complete of idler head, side guides and support feet; • 800 mm Rotary out-feed accumulation table complete of driven head with motor-variator, side guides and support feet. 2.3 Three bottle changeover format tools • 3 bottle changeover formats to fill 330 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml bottles. 2.4 Conditioner and anti condensate system for electrical panel considering an average temperature of 5 degrees during winter time. 3) The system must have the ability to do 800 bottles per hour at 500 ml bottles; 4) The bottler machine must be a mono-block filler (approximately 2 m x 2 m without considering the conveyors); 5) Crown capper with the ability to do 26 mm crown caps; 6) All process equipment shall be made to food grade standards. The equipment must be made in AISI 316 stainless steel (instead of the standard AISI 304) and conform to European norms (CE certification); 7) Complete set of documentation in the English language to include a Parts Catalogue, operating and maintenance instructions, health and safety procedures and Trouble Shooting Manual; 8) It must include the transport of the machine and all the parts; 9) It must include machine positioning, assembly, start up and commissioning by a specialized technician; 10) Single supplier for the bottling machine and all the parts.
