(a) make alterations to both the northern [side] and western [front] elevations, (b) install 3 No. rooflights on the northern side of the rear roof and (c) make internal alterations to the floor layout of the existing building in order to construct a new wheelchair accessible toilet and all associated works. Also update the fire alarm system, fire doors, upgrade the floors, heating and fitted units.
