Tender description
Several bus operators are currently a part of a flexi ticket consortium where passengers can purchase a smart ticket which can be used on any of the participating operators buses. The revenue for this service is generated through ticket sales, however, the revenue must be reapportioned based on bus usage. LCC coordinates the reapportionments and has received monies from one operator which need to be redistributed.
