Provision of Property Management Services

Tender description

Provision of property management and associated services across the Southeastern railway estate, for c.250 tenants across 50-100 locations across South East London, Kent and parts of East Sussex. Scope of services include (but not limited or exclusive to): retail units, commercial units, car parks, station areas and a small number of residential properties. The services will primarily consist of tenancy management with invoicing and debt collection but may also include lettings, vacant unit advertisement, lease negotiations, redevelopment, new business development and property asset management. Lot 1: Restricted procurement process to select a property services management agent from April 2021. It is likely that a virtual engagement session will be held with interested parties to further outline the context and requirements. A pre-qualification phase may be required, dependent on volume of interest. Note: values estimated in this notice are for a maximum of 5-year duration with all known options.
