Contract award notice The West Yorkshire Combined Authority ('the Combined Authority') seeks competitive tenders for the provision of property services cleaning, customer care and posting of bus timetables with a view to awarding a single contract to a successful tenderer. The contract is anticipated to commence on 1 April 2021 and shall be awarded on an initial (3) year fixed term with optional extension provision for up to four (4) further years agreed in annual increments and a maximum potential contract term of seven (7) years. Lot 1: Contract award notice The West Yorkshire Combined Authority ('the Combined Authority') seeks competitive tenders for the provision of property services cleaning, customer care and posting of bus timetables with a view to awarding a single contract to a successful tenderer. West Yorkshire Combined Authority is a public body responsible for securing the provision of public passenger transport within the county of West Yorkshire. Pursuant to that duty, the Combined Authority provides and maintains bus stations, bus stops, bus shelters, timetable and information cases and associated on-street infrastructure throughout the County. To assist in the delivery of the services the County will be divided into five main areas, to be maintained by the contractor throughout the contract period. The main area comprises of the City of Bradford the CA Politician District Council area, the Borough Council of Calderdale area, the Leeds City Council area, Kirklees District and Wakefield District. The successful contractor will provide general and on-street infrastructure cleaning across the region and the posting of bus timetables, the cleaning of bus station facilities and material supply including for the Combined Authority Head Office space. In addition the contractor will provide customer care and security services to ensure a safe, secure and customer focussed environment across our bus station facilities and the Combined Authority Head Office space where required.
