The site at Monahan Road is c.4.5 acre mixed use site with substantial development potential whilst the site at Courtbrack Avenue is a c.0.75 acre residential site suitable for development. Bord Na Móna invite tenders for one or both sites and proposals should include a set sales fee and outline a marketing plan for each property.
