Tender description

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Contractors capable of providing RIBA Stage 02 and detailed Landscape Architect design services. The FCDO would also like applicants to undertake stakeholder engagement, including presenting to Historic England (HE), Westminster City Council (WCC), and Senior FCDO representatives, provide support for all necessary planning and listed building consent applications, and undertake monitoring and quality assurance throughout the construction of maintenance and improvement works to the King Charles Street (KCS) Quad. Submissions from subcontractors or suppliers for part of the works will not be considered.
