Paradigm Housing Group (‘Paradigm’) have an Estate Services Team that sits within Asset Management which is part of the Property Services Directorate. The team is responsible for the standards of our communal areas, internal and external. This includes ensuring the communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, tree surveys, pest control and tree works contracts are maintained to a high standard by our Contractors. They are responsible for ensuring compliance within the communal areas with regards health and safety also. Paradigm has over 700 blocks within our estate which cover nine different counties and thirty-three different local authority areas. The Estate Services team manage the Pest Control Contract for Paradigm Housing Group. This document invites you to to tender for the Pest Control Contract, the sussessful supplier will be awarded the contract for two years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve months (2+1) if Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are acheieved. Lot 1: Paradigm Housing Group (‘Paradigm’) is looking to appoint a professional, experienced, and competent company to undertake pest control services across various locations within the Paradigm estate of 15,000 homes including over 700 blocks across nine different counties and over thirty different local authority areas. Pest Control services to include small contracts and individual jobs to control pests, carry out drain surveys and complete proofing works as laid out in the detailed requirements in section 4 of this document. Due to the pandemic (Covid19) we anticipate that there could be an increase of work within the 1st year of the contract, there are however no guarantees.
