Tender description

The establishment of Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) in 2018 incorporates a national role for the provision of leadership development and succession planning for NHS Wales. This includes re-establishing an NHS pan-Wales general management graduate programme designed to provide NHS Wales with a robust pipeline of talent and future leaders. The NHS Wales General Management Graduate programme (NHSWGMGP) will adopt a two-year provision of a rigorous condensed master’s degree focusing on the requirements and needs to build core managerial capabilities. NHSWGMGP has the aim to lead the review, improvement and re-launch of the NHW Wales graduate scheme. It is anticipated the contract will be over a period from September 2020 to August 2023 to allow for planning and commencement.
