Tender description
JESSICA (Scotland) Trust was established in 2011. The Trust was granted 15 million GBP from the BIG Lottery Fund [now the National Lottery Community Fund] to invest in social enterprises in 13 of the most disadvantaged local authority areas across Scotland. When the Trust was established, it was agreed a full external evaluation would be commissioned towards the end of the initial ten-year period. An evaluation contract is now being let by Foundation Scotland on behalf of Resilient Scotland Limited, the corporate trustee of the JESSICA (Scotland) Trust.
