Tender description

Bield Housing & Care are looking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of Internal Audit Services for the 2021-2024 period. Bield Housing & Care wishes to engage Internal Audit Consultants to provide an internal audit service to the Organisation. Bield Housing & Care is a Registered Social Landlord with offices located in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. Bidders should ideally be able to evidence experience within the Scottish Registered Social Landlord Sector. The contract should provide for 4 in-depth audits to be carried out per year. No regularity reviews will be carried out as these will be undertaken internally as part of the quality management framework. The contract period is three years with Bield retaining the option to extend for a further 12 months. The Contract will be reviewed after year one to ensure standards/expectations are being met.
