This Framework Agreement is for the supply of a range of Gastro Intestinal, Endocrine, Nutrition & Blood Generic Medicines to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been separated into eleven (11) categories, each of which is identified as a “Lot”. Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice. Lot 1: Lot 1 Desferrioxamine Injections Supply of Desferrioxamine Injections to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier. Lot 2: Lot 2 Dexamethasone Injections The Supply of Dexamethasone Injections The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants Lot 3: Lot 3 Macrogol Oral Powder & Solutions The Supply of Macrogol Oral Powder & Solutions The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to three (3) Framework Participants Lot 4: Lot 4 Mesalazine The Supply of Mesalazine to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants Lot 5: Lot 5 Magnesium Sulfate The supply of Magnesium sulfate to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to two (2) Framework Participants Lot 6: Lot 6 Calcium Carbonate Tablets The Supply of Calcium Carbonate Tablets to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to three (3) Framework Participants. Lot 7: Lot 7 Budesonide The supply of Budesonide to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to two (2) Framework Participants Lot 9: Lot 9 - Pancreatin The supply of Pancreatin to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to two (2) Framework Participants Lot 10: Lot 10 All Other Presentations Supply of all other products/presentations within this tender to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot, and the Authority has awarded each lot to a single framework participant. Lot 11: Lot 11 Trientine Supply of Trientine within this tender to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot, and has been awarded to a single Framework Participant.
