Feasability & Design for HIP 2 Enabling Works

Tender description

Continuation of works on SOC - Feasibility & Design for HIP 2 Enabling Works to take the enabling works in the SOC to the next level. Review with each of the Trusts teams, mainly the Estates team but including IT to discuss and decide what effect the Hip2 scheme has on the Trust site, eg need to move Sir Thomas Moore, re-provide car parking, re-provide substations and agree the Energy Strategy etc. These works must all be costed and show where they are to be situated on the site with relevant sketch drawings to show location and dimensions (height and width etc).
