Tender description

The project is to construct (Traditional format build) a C.315m2 extension and all ancillary works to an Existing Building at Ferbane Business & Technology Park, Aughaboy, Ferbane, Co. Offaly. The existing building referred to as the IT Building is currently in mixed use as offices, training room and time share kitchens. The project work areas are to extend the existing building as defined on Drawings and within the Bill of Quantities provided with the tender. Contractors are responsible for confirming that all drawings and specifications are up to date and current. In addition contractors will be required to act as PSDP and PSCS for the project and shall be responsible for design of structural elements and installations not specified. While the project is to extend an existing building the extension is largely stand alone and the existing businesses should only experience minimal disruptions. The submission should note that the works are within an existing business park and every effort should be made to to minimise disruption
